VIRUS

Viciously lurking,
Invisible till it strikes,
Rapidly spreading,
Unwelcome everywhere,
Sneakily multiplying.

Loudly shouting for food and treats
Always in the way during Zoom meetings
Creating havoc when the bathroom door is closed
Eyes looking daggers when I stroke the other cat
Yet cuddly and affectionate when she gets her own way
