Handling requests and queries from customers and customers’ representatives, you’ll use each and every interaction as an opportunity to build a good rapport and a stronger relationship. You’ll achieve that not just with a warm and professional manner – but also by delivering the accurate information and excellent service that the customer needs to make informed decisions about their financial future. While you’ll look to offer a first-class service when people get in touch, you’ll also look to make sure our customers know the benefits of the alternative online options for getting the most from us.

It doesn’t matter if this would be your first role in financial services, but you should know what great customer service is all about – and you should have the dedication, focus and communication skills to deliver it time and time again. Of course, it would be ideal if you had a good understanding of financial services products and services, but what’s more important is that you excel as part of a team and you’re focused on the same thing we are: the customer.
