My name is Hazel Fulton and I work at KPMG in Glasgow covering Scotland. I am the Student Marketing and Outreach Officer and part of my role is to engage with schools to promote KPMG and our programmes that we offer to students. In Edinburgh our School Champion is Emilie Nicol who is based at our Edinburgh office and we will be working together to raise awareness and provide information of KPMG’s opportunities. KPMG in the UK is a leading provider of professional services including audit, tax and advisory. As part of KPMG Europe LLP we are part of the largest integrated accounting firm in Europe.

This is an invitation to students, their parents and your staff to attend a taster session in our office in Edinburgh. We offer many opportunities for young people including a school leavers programme and many graduate schemes. The taster session focuses on informing your students about our school leavers programme and is their chance to see if the programme is right for them. It is a 6 year course combining time at university and time working which will culminate in becoming a chartered accountant. KPMG pay for all tuition and accommodation fees at university, pay a salary of up to £21,000, all the accountancy examination fees and of course offer fantastic work experience.
