Aldi Food Stores are currently looking to recruit for Full/Part Time Store Assistants for their branch in Musselburgh.

Rate of pay is £7.95 – £9.50 per hour

The application process will involve the following:-

The ‘Start Application Process’ will begin by answering some role specific questions such as your flexibility and shifts that you would be available to work, and if successful you will then progress onto our Situational Judgement Test. This involves choosing the most appropriate and inappropriate solutions to some work situations that you could find yourself in, within your chosen role.
Their will be approximately 19 questions in this test and If you pass the Situational Judgement Test, you will then be invited to complete an online company application form. This will take around 30 minutes to complete in order to get the required information.
