Property Lettings & Sales Administrator/Receptionist Haddington

The Property Administrator role will ensure that new and existing clients and tenants are given a seamless sales and lettings service, building on the firm’s reputation as property specialists with a record of success for selling, letting and managing properties in East Lothian. In additional to this there will also be the opportunity to assist with the new Chalmers Cottages holiday lettings service. The Receptionist element of this role is essential to provide a positive first impression of Chalmers & Co to visitors and callers to the office and as part of the front of house team, a helpful and polite manner will achieve the aim of providing excellent customer service.
