As a Customer Service Advisor within a British Gas call centre, your role will be to resolve and process a range of customer enquiries at first point of contact. You will identify and understand customer needs and provide a high quality service to enhance customers’ experience and loyalty, this includes the promotion and sale of our products, including insurance-based services. Our Edinburgh call centre is based at Waterfront Avenue, Granton, EH5 1SG. There are a variety of local buses to the office, and a gym and supermarket situated in the vicinity.
